SMARTplans are a unique combination of diverse techniques, including Early Neutral Evaluation, Experiential Learning, Large Group Mediation, and ORID Focused Conversation. Moving through these techniques as needed, our facilitators can help get you from Point A to Point B both effectively and efficiently. We will start with an informal interview, where we can learn what you and your organization need to accomplish. We will help you choose a time frame, set a date, settle on a location, and decide who needs to be involved in the process. We can provide all of the required materials, and prepare the space for you.
At the end of the SPARTplan process, the facilitators will prepare a summary of all ideas and decisions; everything is captured, and nothing of value is lost. If you are looking for a formal report, we can even create a detailed Strategic Plan, to be distributed throughout your organization. The details are up to you, and we will make sure to build a process that fits your needs.
